Starting from the introductory contribution by Professor Mario Baldassarri on the strategic role of the Adriatic-Ionian area within Europe’s geoeconomic and geopolitical context, the booklet builds on the outcomes of the EUSAIR Financial Dialogue Forum held in December 2024. A central focus is placed on financial dialogue as a key component of macro-regional governance, drawing on the perspectives of financial operators and identifying the conditions necessary for sustainable engagement in support of EUSAIR priorities. The booklet concludes by proposing practical technical, political and institutional actions to develop stable, multilevel and strategically aligned financial dialogue pathways.
